Participants will learn about coaching models (e.g. GROW, Solution Focused, 4 Stage Model), as well as directive and non-directive approach to coaching. Attendees will also learn about powerful questioning techniques and how to give effective feedback, culminating on producing active individual development plans. They will learn to understand the ethics and guidelines aligned with coaching. In addition, participants will also learn how to apply the same techniques to run a group or team coaching session.

By the end of the course attendees will have the confidence to coach proficiently, as well as increase the motivation, potential, and development of those they coach.
