NExT’s Directors of Curriculum (DOC) are responsible for ensuring NExt’s training staff maintain a superior standard of course materials and deliver best-in-class oil and gas training solutions worldwide. With their respective peer review boards, the DOCs continuously evaluate the technical course content to ensure it contains the latest technical references and most relevant case studies.
Through the NExT comprehensive course and instructor evaluation system, a continuous quality assurance process is in place, which ensures NExT training staff members are not only technical experts but also highly competent teachers. All of our DOCs routinely teach NExT programs and direct competency assessment projects.
