Certified training programs
NExT's certified training programs were created to upgrade the competency of your technical staff in line with the latest industry standards and technology requirements. These training programs are specifically designed to develop technology specialists within organizations. By requiring participants to work on many examples of real-life problems, these courses focus on a specific technology area, while emphasizing the practical aspects.
Our off-the-shelf generic projects have been designed to reinforce specific learning points, but they can be customized on request to include client data. Each program consists of three or four instructor-led courses and projects specifically designed to develop the participants' practical skills. Participants are required to undertake a work-based project, submit a written report, which will be graded by the NExT subject-matter expert, and pass a rigorous examination of technical competency.
Client companies also have the option to include pre- and post-program competency assessments to validate improvements in the skills base, and to have a customized training plan drawn up from the results of the initial assessment. The post-program competency assessment serves to validate the improvement and the examination results of each participant.
Participants who successfully complete all aspects of these programs are awarded the title NExT-Certified Specialist (for example, NExT-Certified Fracture Simulation Specialist).
