    Waterfall and Agile Project Management Fundamentals

    This course introduces participants to two major project management methodologies, Waterfall and Agile. Participants will learn the main components for each type of project from project planning to close out and determine when each type of methodology should be used for live projects.

    The course includes a number of hands on activities and also the use of the OilSim business simulation to provide experiential learning of project execution, managing resources and change.
