This OLGA Flow Assurance (5 days RILS) training is an extended version of the OLGA Fundamentals course to facilitate a 5 days remote session. It combines the content of the OLGA Fundamentals (RILS) with Slugging and Liquid Surges from Module 3/Lesson 2 and Pipeline Pigging from Module 4/Lesson 1 of the Flow Assurance with OLGA training.
Though this particular course is structured to be delivered remotely, it still aimed to provide the same learning experience to the participants, giving petrotechnical staff a broad understanding and practical skills in using the state-of-the-art OLGA software.
The participants will first get introduced to the most fundamental background theories and concepts in multiphase flows, the hydraulics and thermal issues commonly known in operations, the basics of Flow Assurance concepts and practices. Then they will be able to model the production systems and simulate the typical scenarios to predict, prevent, and analyze different and potential challenges being encountered in the day-to-day operations.
Customize your own learning journey and track your progress when you start using a defined learning path.
In just few simple steps, you can customize your own learning journey in the discipline of your interest, based on your immediate, intermediate and transitional goals. Once done, you can save it in NExTpert-the digital learning ecosystem-and track your progress.
ExploreThe course can benefit anyone with interest in multiphase flow phenomena and in resolving production operation issues related to flow assurance. Nevertheless, it really is designed for:
