    Effective communication for technical people_RILS

    Any technical person will find themselves with a need to communicate as effectively as possible with those outside of their domain – whether they need to sell a product or just their ideas/proposals, the skills required are the same. This class will provide students with relevant skills to better understand who they are talking to and uncover what their specific drivers are. The students will also learn the importance of differentiation and how to make themselves and/or their work really stand out.

    This class can be combined with effective physical communication.

    How to derive and articulate the value of your solution.

    Differentiation – How to position yourself against the competition.How to prepare and structure your communications.
