Course Summary

This course provides participants with the essential knowledge and practical awareness required to recognize, assess, and respond safely to Hydrogen Sulfide (Hâ‚‚S) hazards in the workplace. It covers Hâ‚‚S properties and characteristics, common sources, exposure risks, health effects, detection and monitoring, engineering controls, personal protective equipment, and emergency response procedures.

The course is aligned with applicable requirements and industry guidance, including OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 and ANSI/ASSP Z390.1.
