• Discussion, demonstrations, and exercises cover investigation and interview techniques like 5 Whys and Fishbone and other investigation techniques.
• Uncover the who, what, Where, Why, how, and when of each incident.
• Analyze data to prevent injuries, property damage, and financial losses.
