This two-day hands-on training class provides students with the skills needed to use the SSD
Petrel plug-in in a full range of quality control and design tasks for land, VSP and marine seismic
acquisition planning from field QC to advanced design analyses. The class teaches how to
create surveys for different acquisition configurations (marine, land, coil), perform fold analyses
and the integration of the SSD plug-in with the Earth Model Building (EMB) Petrel bundle
