This course provides an introduction of the Hydrogen as an alternative source of energy and its role in the energy transition: the different process and technologies to produce it, the challenges, opportunities, and risk for its utilization, and the different possibilities for the Hydrogen storage (surface & subsurface). In addition, the course covers main aspects related to economics, legislation, commercialization of Hydrogen (including value chain). This course also includes a short workshop section to discuss the Hydrogen industry in the country where it is being executed (current projects and potential business opportunities).
