    ISO 31000 Risk Assessment Standard

    Course Summary

    • The course is based on the ISO 31000 Standard for Risk Management – Principles and Guidelines, which can be used by organizations of any size and type; whether in the public or private sector.  Delegates will master the vocabulary, principles of risk management, know the design of the reference framework, and the implementation of the risk management process that includes: context setting, identification, analysis, assessment, and treatment of risk. As well as the elements of monitoring, review and communication and consultation with the parties involved.
    Course Objective
    • Become familiar with the principles and guidelines applicable to risk management
    • Understand the ISO 31000 Standard as a basis for the implementation of a risk management system.
    • Analyze techniques for the identification and evaluation of risks following ISO 30010 Risk management — Risk assessment techniques
    • Know the methods for the treatment of risks
    • Identify the benefits derived from the incorporation of risk management into the overall management of the company
