Targeted for workforce that requires shift in proficiency from one level to another. These training programs, which can be developed in collaboration with clients, are customized, structured, modular and job profile competency based, incorporating integrated software and domain trainings while utilizing a blend of delivery mechanisms.
The training is a permanent commitment tied with capability development and involves considerable time and focus, which is why we offer our clients an end-to-end solution.

By leveraging the SLB global learning centers and operational facilities, such as laboratories, and providing interactivity via workshops and simulators, we employ a learning-by-doing approach to deliver valuable technical education, shifting teams core competency and proficiency levels.

A job profile competency-based training program allows NExT, in partnership with clients, to put together a comprehensive training program based on content that already exists and add a personalized touch to it. The idea is to draw from the wealth of knowledge, expertise and intellectual property available to NExT, SLB as well as experts within E&P industry and make it available to our clients in a form of a track that is structured and designed to ensure optimum client outcome in the form on competency enhancement.
