    Advanced Risk Analysis

    Course Summary:
    • This course provides a comprehensive understanding of safety management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and the critical roles of employees and management in maintaining workplace safety. Participants will gain foundational knowledge of a Safety Management System (SMS) and the importance of management commitment and employee involvement in fostering a strong safety culture.  

    Course Objectives:

    Key learning objectives include:  
    • Understanding the fundamentals of a Safety Management System (SMS).  
    • Recognizing the significance of management commitment in safety initiatives.  
    • Encouraging active employee participation in workplace safety.  
    • Developing skills in hazard identification and control.  
    • Mastering the hazard identification process, planning, and preparation.  
    • Conducting Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and risk assessments.  
    • Identifying hazard effects and determining who may be affected.  
    • Implementing effective control measures to mitigate risks.  
    • Applying risk management methodologies to enhance workplace safety.  
    Through practical applications and structured learning, this course equips participants with the tools to proactively identify and manage workplace hazards, ensuring a safer and more efficient work environment.
