Applied WS - Introduction to Practical Saturation Height Modeling with PRT and MICP Data Analysis

Level: | Type: | Discipline: Petrophysics

This is a "Hands on Practical Workshop" focused on domain principles of capillary pressure, height above free water analysis, using traditional height relationships and custom creating a height function for a field based on the capillary pressure data.  Participants will learn how MICP measurements are acquired, how to convert them to reservoir capillary pressure, what corrections need to be applied and how to group the data into PRT groups. The participants will also learn how to QC lab data and use lab data to interpret fluid contacts and partition lab data into pore geometry responses.
