    Using the best of coaching techniques and attitudes leads to increased motivation and accelerates personal development.  Coaching has become essential for every manager.  It is the most effective way to help individuals develop their professional performance.  Coaching is a real competence that requires lots of practice.  The purpose of this workshop is not to turn you into seasoned coaches in 5 days.  It aims at raising your awareness of the potential of coaching in the professional environment.  And to equip you with relevant skills and tools to be implemented back in business life.  You will also have the opportunity to explore your natural talents and potential limitations in the role of a coach.  You will be able to identify when coaching is appropriate, and when not!  And finally you will be equipped to provide and receive feedback.
