    A foundation level course broadening a manager's necessary skills and knowledge to help them be more  effective in communicating with their teams and other people.  

    It looks at the personal style of managers and how this impacts their communication style.  Through activities participants will be knowledgeable in how and why to they should adapt their style and method depending upon their audience, and how communication styles can influence others.
