    ISO 14064-2 Greenhouse Gases GHG - Projects

    Course Summary
    • A three-day course that provides an understanding of ISO 14064, Parts 1, 2, and 3, and how to design and implement projects to manage GHG emissions into the Environment and Energy Culture following the guidelines of ISO 14064 Part 2.
    Course Objective:
    • The objective of the course is to provide the participants with an understanding of projects or project-based activities specifically designed to reduce GHG emissions or increase GHG removals, following the guidelines of ISO 14064 Part 2, with theory and practical examples of the O&G industry.
    • Activities: Presentations and practical examples of the O&G industry, tests, and content reviews.
    The following points shall be discussed in the course:
    • How to integrate GHG projects into the Environment and Energy Culture.
    • GHG Projects: Step-by-step process to reduce emissions or increase GHG removals.
    • Before and after of GHG projects: KPI´s and Critical Success Factors.

    Introduction to ISO 14064 – Greenhouse Gases

    • ISO 14064-1- Greenhouse Gases (GHG):
    • Specification with guidance, at the level of organizations, for the quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions and removals.
    • ISO 14064-2 – Greenhouse Gases (GHG):
    • Specification with guidance, at the project level, for quantifying, monitoring, and reporting emission reductions or increases in greenhouse gas removals.
    • ISO 14064- 3 - Greenhouse Gas (GHG):
    • Specification with guidance for validation and verification of greenhouse gas declarations
