    Course Objective

    • Work-Related Upper Limb Disorders are a great concern in the workplace. If left unattended, it can cause chronic and irreversible changes to the body, rendering the worker unable to move properly, let alone work with comfort. To make the worker feel comfortable while working and to avoid chronic irreversible injury, good posture is critical. Keeping good posture is implemented by following adequate lifting, moving, and stretching techniques and exercises. This course aims to implement the principles of ergonomics and to assess its importance in the workplace in order to decrease potential risk of acute or chronic harm to worker’s bodies while preforming their day to day work.
