    Course Objective

    • The course qualification is intended as an introduction to moving and handling activities for those starting work, returning to work or who need specific training in manual handling, as well as being a suitable qualification for refresher training. The objective of this qualification is to develop an introduction to handling and moving activities for those starting work, returning to work or who need specific training in manual handling. It also acts as a suitable qualification for refresher training.
    • Learners gaining this qualification will understand that moving and handling must be carried out correctly and will recognize its importance in ensuring a safer working environment.
    • Learners will recognize constraints and variations required during various manual handling and lifting operations.

    • Classroom - Listening and contributing to discussions and exercises (group Discussions and quizzes)
    • Remotely - Listening and contributing to discussions and exercises (Discussions and short quizzes).
