    O&G Professionals Project Management Overview

    This two-day interactive course examines project management in a variety of global business settings focusing primarily on the Oil & Gas Industry. Included are project management methodologies and processes as well best practices aimed at managing the total enterprise. Through a project management approach, corporate and organizational strategies are translated into project-level, value-adding elements of a company's project portfolio. This course puts emphasis and provides practical application for PM’s managing projects in the Oil & Gas Industry, typically with large budgets and sizeable staff, focused on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors & stakeholders. The majority of the course focuses on project management responsibilities.
