    This is a Virtual Instructor Led training (VILT), all training sessions will be delivered online with no face-to-face classroom attendance.                                                        

    Each training day agenda covers 4 hours per day.     

    This course will train drilling engineers and multi disciplinary teams in the benchmarking, identification, application and implementation of drilling optimization techniques. 
    Day 1

    Course Introduction and E&P Cash flow

    Drilling influencing the E&P Cash flow, Well Costing and Technical Limit

    Offset wells analysis

    Drilling Time Estimation

    Day 2

    Drilling Time Estimation

    Optimizing through the well design

    Integrated Planning and Learning from Execution

    Final test

    Drilling engineers with 1-3 years of operations experience and engineers of other disciplines involved in multi disciplinary teams that seek to understand how their discipline and involvement may contribute in drilling optimization for an organization.

    E&P cash flow, well costing, technical limit concept, offset well analysis, drilling time estimation, optimizing through well design.

    Good overall knowledge of well construction processes, drilling engineering, as well as simple time and statistical analysis techniques.
