Performance Management is a course that covers all the necessary skills needed to analyze, track and management the performance of business units and entire organizations. The first day goes into the basics of performance management, goal development, business modeling, benchmarking, and compliance/QA efforts.
Then on the second day the participants learn how to create and use KPMs, KPIs, KSFs, CSFs.
On the third day the participants will learn about advanced topics in performance management including integrating risk management and incorporating Value and Benefits Management approaches. All the subjects are tied together at the end of the course to help participants apply these skills in today’s business environment.
The participants will be able to identify the basic elements of performance management infrastructure including goal development, business modeling, benchmarking, and compliance/QA efforts. In addition, they will learn how these elements work together to help improve the measurement, tracking and ultimately the performance of the firm.Day 2
The participants will learn how to create and use KPMs, KPIs, KSFs, CSFs particularly in an organizational balanced scorecard to track and manage unit or organizational performance. Also, the participants will get experience with developing and implementing best practice tracking methods to improve the outcomes of firm activities.Day 3
The participants will learn about advanced topics in performance management including integrating risk management and incorporating Value and Benefits Management approaches. Then, the class participants will incorporate various more sophisticated elements into their performance management plan including scenario planning and statistical analysis of benchmarks and outcomes.

This course on Performance Management requires ability to read and write English as well as good English oral communication abilities.
Participants will be expected to read at approximately the 9th grade level in order to utilize course materials to develop their skills in this area.
