    Quality management ensures thatyour organization, product or service is consistent.   It has four main components: qualityplanning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement.

    Quality management is focused notonly on product and service quality, but also on the means to achieve it.Quality management, therefore, uses quality assurance and control of processesas well as products to achieve more consistent quality.

     

    Quality management program willprovide you with training in how to identify system problems, process problems,design quality problems, and more.

Some of the quality standards that you will become familiarwith include the ISO 9001 standard, Six Sigma, and how to implement a totalquality management system.
