    Quality Management systems

    Quality management is a recentphenomenon. Advanced civilizations that supported the arts and crafts allowedclients to choose goods meeting higher quality standards rather than normalgoods.

    Quality management ensures thatyour organization, product or service is consistent.   It has four main components: qualityplanning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement.

    Quality management is focused notonly on product and service quality, but also on the means to achieve it.Quality management, therefore, uses quality assurance and control of processesas well as products to achieve more consistent quality.


    Quality management program willprovide you with training in how to identify system problems, process problems,design quality problems, and more.

    With quality management trainingyou will be able to do much more than recognize the issues, you will also havelearned how to recommend changes and play a role in seeing the successfulimplementation. Some of the quality standards that you will become familiarwith include the ISO 9001 standard, Six Sigma, and how to implement a totalquality management system.
