    • This program helps the internal auditors with the skills and techniques required to conduct effective root cause analysis. The main objective of this course is to help auditors to identify and analyze the underlying potential issues within a project, process, systems, or controls and develop recommendations to prevent it from recurring. By the end of this course, internal auditors will be able to conduct root cause analysis and provide valuable insights into underlying issues, and capable of developing and implementing solutions to enhance the organizational performance and risk management.
