    Safety and Risk Management Leadership

    Course Objective

    • This course aims to highlight the importance of the role of leadership in health and safety. Also, to improve how leaders look at and deal with their role in safety with the focus on helping top management, both in operational and enabling roles, to move from managing safety to leading safety.
    • The course will discuss several topics including the meaning of leadership and legal responsibilities. As well as the importance of strong leadership in health and safety, defining the difference between leadership and management.

    • Demonstrate the clause of (ISO 31000) of the Leadership and Risk Management.

    • Reasons for conducting Risk Management.
    • Group discussion regarding reasons for conducting Risk Management.
