      This course offers a thorough introduction to technical and professional communication, equipping participants with essential skills for creating impactful documents in various contexts. Students will learn to analyze communication situations by assessing needs, audiences, and users; gather, interpret, and document information in a logical, efficient, and ethical manner; and cultivate professional work and teamwork habits. Emphasis is placed on designing usable, clear, persuasive, and accessible documents through selecting appropriate formats, organizing content based on reader-centered principles, incorporating effective graphics, and developing a concise writing style. Participants will also explore conventions for common formats such as letters, résumés, memoranda, and both informal and formal reports; master the design and use of tables, graphs, and technical illustrations; compose effective sentences; and ensure all communications adhere to ethical standards
