    Course Description

    • A Work  Management  System  (WMS)  is a  safety tool to ensure that the work is properly controlled, coordinated, and communicated. It takes a holistic and robust approach to job safety analysis inclusive of formal risk assessment, energy isolation, Permit to work, temporary defeat, and simultaneous operations with an objective of standardizing these practices across ADNOC Group Companies.

    • This standard defines the structure of a Work Management System (WMS), which takes into account the components for facilitation and continuous improvement during the implementation in ADNOC and its Group Companies.
    • WMS also provides details of governance requirements of WMS elements across the ADNOC Group of Companies.
