    Learning or competency development is about attaining new skills and gain knowledge in order to update or enhance existing skills or build new ones. Gathering requirements in the initial phase helps clarify learner needs and organization goals. This information is critical and governs the structure, key methods, topics, activities and delivery mechanisms needed to create an engaging, connected and effective learning experience. Our goal with delivering training based on NExTtrac practice is to ensure that learners become proficient and are able to apply their newly acquired capability to real-world problems. It’s important to have an overall strategy and clear learning objectives that allow tracking and measuring the learner progress during and after the training is completed. In order to receive useful feedback and analytics, we leverage NExTpert, the digital learning ecosystem and competency assessment tools and processes that evaluate the learner’s skill level, pre, during and post training and provide useful tracking for managers driving positive and actionable feedback.
