Learning or competency development is about attaining new skills and gain knowledge in order to update or enhance existing skills or build new ones. Gathering requirements in the initial phase helps clarify learner needs and organization goals. This information is critical and governs the structure, key methods, topics, activities and delivery mechanisms needed to create an engaging, connected and effective learning experience. Our goal with delivering training based on NExTtrac practice is to ensure that learners become proficient and are able to apply their newly acquired capability to real-world problems.
